Fifteen years ago I graduated in Sociology with a specialization in migration and ethnic issues, since then I have worked in public institutions in various policy areas such as anti-discrimination, inclusion, welfare and education. My motivation is to realize social impact, also with a commercial impact. With my graduation project for the Executive MBA I focus on how companies can achieve ESG goals.
My internationally oriented career started with studies in International Relations and European Studies. Since the past few years, my focus has been on working on sustainability issues within the business community. After completing my Executive MBA in Maastricht, where I met Kai Yin, the desire has grown to set up something impactful for that other big societal issue: how do we ensure that everyone feels welcome and valued in our society?
